First Ever Probiotic Ice Lolly Launched

Walls Ice Cream has launched of the first ever probiotic ice lolly, the latest edition to its Milk Time Range. Over the brand’s 103 years history Walls has made many product innovations, from Soft Scoop to Solero. The new Milk & Strawberry Probiotic Lolly is the latest development to the Walls range and the first to market.

The Milk & Strawberry Probiotic Lolly contains fresh milk and Probiotic yoghurt, combined with a delicious strawberry sauce, providing a great way for mums to give the goodness of both calcium and probiotic yoghurt to their family.

Each lolly contains 30% of your recommended daily allowance of calcium to help keep teeth and bones healthy, as well as a probiotic culture that can help boost the levels of natural good bacteria in the body.  Probiotic bacteria are complementary to the gut as they can help improve the balance of bacteria in the gut.

Iain Brooksbank, Brand Manager, Walls Ice Cream comments, “Walls want to offer Mums a nutritious treat that their families will love. Our Milk Time range contains the goodness of fresh Milk and now for the first time probiotics too, making it the perfect afternoon snack”.

Launched last year the Milk Time range, including the family favourite Mini Milk and now the new Milk & Strawberry Probiotic Lolly, contains nutritious ingredients like fresh milk and is free from artificial colours and flavours. The Milk Time range is a delicious snack for adults and kids alike.

The Importance of Breakfast
Breakfast has often been described as the most important meal of the day; both children preparing for a hard day at school and busy parents going to work and looking after the kids need to start the day with the right ‘fuel’ to keep them going.
