“Even before I had children of my own,” says Alison, ”friends always said that I had a great knack of buying the one present that their children loved whenever it was their birthday or Christmas. Daphne also has two children and works full-time. Last year she said to me "Alison, I have no idea what to buy my children for Christmas! I don't have the energy to traipse round the shops, or even to spend hours pouring through catalogues or searching the internet. You always seem to know the perfect thing - please can you tell me what to get that they'll love".

“So I asked her a couple of questions, then did some research, and then emailed her my recommendations, plus the critical information of the best places to buy those presents. Daphne was thrilled - I had saved her literally hours of time, and the potential for wasted money on presents the children wouldn't like.
