If you can't wait for the result from a scan, then the Chinese Gender Predictor Calendar Chart is a fun way to predict the gender of your unborn child. It was allegedly rediscovered on a Chinese tomb and is over 700 years old.

But if you are desperate to get started, here are some decorating tips for a gender-free nursery. These suggestions also have lots of great ideas for calm and neutral colour schemes suitable for any baby.
