Camp Rock is back! Too Cool!
The original Disney TV movie Camp Rock was made in 2008 and starred Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers, along with Meaghan Jette Martin, Maria Canals-Barrera, Daniel Fathers and Alyson Stoner.
Shy but talented singer Mitchie Torres and her family are unable to afford to attend Camp Rock, a summer music camp, but when her mother is hired to cater food for the camp, Mitchie can attend at a discounted rate.
The movie was hugely successful and in 2010 the cast were reunited for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.
After 16 years a new Camp Rock TV movie has been released, and suddenly the franchise is popular all over again. Camp Rock 3 was released in August 2026 and features original cast members The Jonas Brothers, Maria Canals-Barrera, and Demi Lovato reprising their roles.
